Michael is an experienced technician with a strong background in agriculture and expertise in glasshouse management, horticulture, agronomy, laboratory research and quality assurance. His diverse skill set is integral as we continue bridging the gap between microbial bioproduct research and its practical applications.
In his role, Michael oversees the quality and execution of our glasshouse trials, contributing to and supporting the development of our innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture. Before joining FA Bio, he supported and ensured the timely execution of all operations for the development of doubled haploid wheat and barley production for the European breeding programme as a Nursery Seed Processing and Production Technician at Syngenta. Previously, Michael worked to improve cocoa plant health by facilitating farmer adoption of technological advanced knowledge and skills to sustain the cocoa industry as an Assistant Technical Officer in the Cocoa Health and Extension Division of Ghana Cocoa Board.
Michael has a BSc in Agriculture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
