Alison brings more than 30 years of operationalexperience to FA Bio. She has a wealth of process driven organisational skills and a deep knowledge of leading and managing HR policies and processes, recruitment and onboarding, and people management.
Alison has previously worked in investment banking in the City of London, covering fixed income security operations, equity operations, trading, risk projects and business analysis. She then took time out to train in Plants & Garden Design which she has a passion for and later led to a change in career direction, working part time in horticulture.
Alison returned to the world of operations when she joined FA Bio in 2022 and delivers expert and professional guidance in our fast-moving environment, with empathy and skill.
