John Dombrosky is an Operating Advisor to FA Bio, bringing more than 25 years of experience across agricultural biotechnology, commercial strategy, business development and company building. He has worked across both established global businesses and venture-backed companies, with extensive experience in turning emerging technologies into commercial opportunities.
John was previously Chief Commercial Officer at Ohalo Genetics and CEO of Oerth Bio, where he led the development and commercial strategy for the application of targeted protein degradation technology in agriculture and established a strategic collaboration with Bayer.
Earlier in his career, John led AgTech Accelerator, a venture development platform focused on creating and building agricultural technology companies, and held senior leadership roles at Syngenta and Thomson Reuters.
Across his career, John has built and scaled businesses and teams, led strategic partnerships, licensing and M&A activity, and managed commercial growth across biotechnology, agriculture and technology. He brings a combination of company-building, commercial and strategic experience to his advisory role with FA Bio.
John holds a degree in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
