Leigh leads FA Bio’s operational strategy and delivery, translating company objectives into practical execution across teams, systems and infrastructure. She oversees the full operational environment, including facilities, vendors, data and IT systems, field trials, and governance, ensuring the business runs effectively as it scales.
Leigh brings over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, with a strong track record of building and managing high-performing environments in fast-growing companies. Her work focuses on creating structure in complex settings, implementing simple and scalable processes, and resolving operational challenges quickly to maintain momentum. She works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive cross-functional coordination, manage risk, and support delivery against company KPIs.
Leigh plays a central role in strengthening FA Bio’s operational foundations, from leading infrastructure projects and procurement strategy to overseeing data governance, AI implementation and compliance frameworks. She also manages key external partnerships, including collaboration with research organisations and the company’s farmer network, supporting both field trials and commercial growth.
A Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI), Leigh holds an MSc in Business Information Technology from the University of Westminster.
