FA Bio Team Update

FA Bio has recently expanded its team with four key appointments to support its mission of revolutionising sustainable agriculture with game-changing bioproducts that minimise environmental impact and enhance crop productivity. These strategic appointments reflect our commitment to strengthening our research and development efforts and advancing AI and machine learning in sustainable agriculture.

Anne Romero PhD, Junior Bioinformatics Scientist, is a skilled research scientist with a deep knowledge of plant genetics and genomics. As part of her role, she will design experiments, analyse data and generate insights that will help advance our mission to provide solutions that make farming more efficient and resilient.

Marina Vayzert, Data Technician, is an experienced data analyst with a passion for organising, structuring and analysing data. She will manage and process our different types of data that will support our research, product development and operational efficiency

With the addition of Anne and Marina, we are strengthening our capabilities in data-driven innovation and leveraging advanced data analytics and bioinformatics powered by AI and machine learning, to accelerate the discovery and development of innovative bioproducts.

By integrating these technologies into our research processes, the team is uncovering novel microbial solutions and optimising their application for sustainable agriculture. This approach enhances efficiency and supports the creation of products that address key challenges in crop productivity and environmental sustainability.

Anusree Ashokan, Glasshouse Technician, is an expert technician specialising in greenhouse and laboratory environments. In her role, she will contribute to our plant-based research and development by maintaining controlled environments, conducting experiments, and ensuring plant health and data quality.

Michael Puplampu, Glasshouse Technician, is an accomplished technician with a strong background in agriculture and expertise in glasshouse management. As part of his role, he will oversee the quality and execution of our glasshouse trials, contributing to and supporting the development of our innovative solutions

We are bolstering our expertise in product testing and plant trials with the addition of Anusree and Michael, to ensure the efficacy and reliability of our bioproducts. They bring extensive experience in designing and conducting rigorous field and glasshouse trials, evaluating the performance of microbial solutions under diverse agricultural conditions.

This focus on thorough testing enables us to refine our products for optimal plant health and crop productivity, reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions for regenerative agriculture.
