Ruchitha brings extensive knowledge and experience in plant beneficial interactions, microbial processes, and glasshouse experiments with various arable crops. With proficiency in varying analytical techniques and a passion for protecting our natural ecosystems, she will play a crucial role in applying practical solutions to our initiatives at FA Bio.
Ruchita has over 6 years’ experience in botany and biotechnology from a broad range of research projects as part of her Masters projects and at the Cashew Export Promotion Council of India and the National Interdisciplinary Institute of Science and Technology (NIIST). At the Microbial Process and Technology Division of NIIST, Ruchita studied plant beneficial bacterial and fungal interactions under abiotic stress, conducting field trials and characterising the physiological and biochemical properties of rice, tomato maize and Arabidopsis thaliana in different environmental conditions.
Ruchita has a Master of Science in Medical Microbiology from the University of Hertfordshire and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Kerala.
