Bringing over 25 years of venture capital and growth investment experience, she was previously Chief Investment Officer at bp Launchpad, bp’s venture-building unit focused on the energy transition, and led Global Partnerships and Innovation at bp Pulse EV charging infrastructure across 14 countries. As a former General Partner at Iris Capital and Munich Re Ventures, her portfolio has delivered more than a dozen successful exits.
Sophie holds an MSc from Télécom Paris and is an Oxford AI Programme alumna.
