With more than 17 years’ experience in Financial Services Talent Acquisition working as both an individual contributor and in managerial roles, Kate is experienced in shaping and driving the direction of core business functions with the implementation of robust hiring plans. She was previously a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bank of America for 10 years, hiring for the bank in EMEA, and prior to this managed recruitment for UBS across Middle Office, Operations and Audit professionals to the Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management businesses.
Kate has a BA Hons in Classical Studies from the University of Kent and a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice.
