Nick Atherton is an entrepreneur, investor and corporate adviser with extensive experience across insurance, technology, healthcare and growth businesses.
Nick is the Founder of Panacea Brokers and Panacea Digital, and a Non-Executive Director of Morphose Capital Partners. He advises founders, boards and shareholders on strategic growth, fundraising, acquisitions and corporate transactions. He also serves as Director at FA Bio & Infinitesema and is on the board of Home.cc.
Over the last 20 years, Nick has worked on a wide range of transactions and growth mandates across the UK, Europe and internationally, with particular experience in technology, life sciences, insurance and specialist business services.
Nick has developed a strong international network across London, New York, Europe and Asia and is known for connecting capital, talent and commercial opportunities across high-growth businesses.
Alongside his corporate advisory work, Nick is increasingly focused on building and scaling modern insurance and advisory businesses through technology, relationships and strategic partnerships.
Nick holds a Masters degree from the University of Reading and also studied Economics at Oxford Brookes University.
