Microbiology Laboratory Technician

Natali supports FA Bio’s expert team of scientists in their research and development of microbial technologies that promote soil health and sustainable agriculture. Her proactive approach, keen attention to detail and strong organisational abilities enable her to contribute effectively to high-impact research.

Natali has a strong academic foundation in biomedical sciences and has built a versatile skill set through a combination of laboratory and pharmacy technician roles across the UK and Croatia. She is proficient in a wide range of microbiological and analytical techniques, including culture media preparation, Gram staining, microscopy and antibiotic sensitivity testing.

In her previous role as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Hertfordshire, Natali gained hands-on experience in microbiology, gene expression analysis and bioscience research methods. She also completed a benefit-risk assessment of tocilizumab where she utilised European pharmacovigilance databases as part of her final project for her BSc, strengthening her analytical and data handling capabilities.

Natali holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Hertfordshire and is a qualified Pharmacy Technician.
