As part of its initiative to grow and nurture an inclusive and diverse team, FA Bio’s ‘Culture Champion’ award recognises and celebrates those who not only embody our core values but help shape the culture that drives our success. Each quarter, the team votes for individuals who exemplify FA Bio’s commitment to collaboration, innovation and sustainability.
The latest recipient of FA Bio’s Culture Champion award is Natalia Schronerova. Natalia joined the FA Bio team as Finance and Operations Administrator in March 2024 and has since progressed into the role of Office Manager, which she formally stepped into in July 2025.
In her Office Manager role, Natalia has taken responsibility for a wide range of operational and people-focused activities, including overseeing internal communications, supporting external communications and onboarding new team members. Natalia stepped into this role at a particularly busy and challenging time for the business, taking on significant additional responsibility alongside her day-to-day role. Despite this, she ensured operations continued to run smoothly and efficiently, providing stability and consistency for her colleagues and allowing teams across the business to remain focused on their core priorities.

Most recently, Natalia has also taken on increased responsibility for company partnerships, acting as FA Bio’s main point of contact with key suppliers, contractors and clients. She has been managing the logistical complexities of the SporSenZ campaigns, working closely with multiple stakeholders across different countries. Alongside this, Natalia has become more involved in lab management, contributing to a company-wide project designed to simplify processes, improve stock management and reduce time spent on maintenance tasks. This initiative will allow FA Bio’s scientific teams to focus more of their time on research and innovation rather than operational checks.
Natalia is passionate about working for a company whose vision aligns closely with her own values. Having grown up around horses and now owning a young horse kept on a working farm, her personal connection to agriculture makes it especially meaningful to work for a company striving to make a positive, real-world impact on farming and food systems.
Natalia is pleased to be a part of the FA Bio team that is building an inclusive, supportive and purpose-driven culture. Originally from Slovakia, Natalia moved to England in 2015 after previously living in Dubai, fulfilling her ambition to learn English and build a career in the UK. Having worked across a range of sectors, Natalia values working in smaller, fast-growing companies. At FA Bio, she particularly appreciates the trust placed in her by senior leadership and the opportunity to shape efficient, cost-effective ways of working that make a real difference to people’s day-to-day roles.
Natalia Schronerova said: “What really drew me to FA Bio was how closely the company values align with my own. I love working in an environment where people are trusted, supported and encouraged to enjoy their roles. Being part of a company that has such a strong purpose and positive impact on agriculture makes the work feel genuinely meaningful, and I’m excited to continue learning and contributing as the company grows.”
Leigh Credland, Head of Operations at FA Bio, comments: “Natalia has stepped up at a critical time for the business and taken on a huge amount of responsibility with professionalism, resilience and care. Her ability to spot opportunities for improvement, implement new systems, while supporting colleagues across the company, has been invaluable. Natalia’s commitment, adaptability and positive approach truly embody the spirit of FA Bio’s Culture Champion award.”
