Finance and Operations Coordinator

Jay is responsible for supporting the leadership team with financial processes, contract administration and operational coordination to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. A people-oriented and versatile administrative professional, Jay brings strong organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to streamline processes, manage supplier relationships and foster positive working environments. She is motivated by driving efficiency and accuracy while enabling teams to achieve their goals.

Before joining FA Bio, Jay built extensive experience in administrative and operational roles across the energy, property and construction sectors. Most recently, she worked at Rezolv Energy in Prague, providing comprehensive project and executive support to the C-suite and operations team. She has also held roles with P3 Logistic Parks, NACD Ltd, BIS GROUP, ABB and leading architectural practices in London, gaining expertise in office management, asset coordination and executive assistance.

Jay holds a City & Guilds/ILEX Certificate for Legal Secretaries (distinction), alongside qualifications in secretarial practice, IT and business communication. She is fluent in English and Czech and has achieved the Cambridge Advanced English Certificate (C1).
