As Head of Product, Gustavo plays a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our products that solve key challenges in agriculture. With his deep sector-specific experience, Gustavo will lead our product strategy and vision, establishing a clear roadmap to the delivery of our regenerative agriculture solutions.
Gustavo has more than 15 years’ experience in agribusiness, marketing and market development, and has a robust background in multinational companies and startups. His expertise spans filed development, marketing, go-to-market strategies and project and people management. Before joining FA Bio, Gustavo worked at AgBiTech Brazil, pioneering and consolidating the baculovirus based insecticide segment in LATAM. He also established systems and processes from scratch and developed innovative and interactive initiatives for technical training in the field. Prior to this, Gustavo worked as a Technology/Product Development Representative at Monsanto and Dow Agrosciences.
Gustavo has a double Masters degree in International Agribusiness from the University of Göttingen, Germany and the University of Talca, Chile. He also has a Bachelors degree in Agronomy from the University of São Paulo, Brazil.
